Day 1 in the books!
What’s going on Phightin fans?! Day 1 is in the books and what a day it was! We left Philadelphia around 3pm and started cruising down 95. I guess Travis doesn’t like when I belt out “Life is a Highway” at the top of my lungs because he didn’t seem to enthralled with my rendition. We stopped in Baltimore , MD at Inner Harbor and were going to take the statue out for his first visit but Travis couldn’t get the thing to budge and let’s be serious, getting injured wasn’t on our to-do list for the day so we passed. Luckily, Travis thought ahead and brought a cut out of the GPTMC With Love Phanatic Statue, so we went the lazy way and brought that baby around with us. Shh! Don’t tell our boss! Anyway, we took some pics by the marina and got some good shots. The Phanatic was feeling rebellious so we messed around with a Baltimore Police car. What a daredevil!!
We hit the road and aimed for Richmond , VA. After scooting around some Washington , D.C. traffic it was smooth sailing until dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings in downtown. The Phanatic was starving so he decided to take matters into his own hands and he went into the kitchen and cooked us up some mean burgers. All three of us want to send a shout out to the staff at Buffalo Wild Wings for hanging out with us and letting the Phanatic do his thing!
Baltimore and Richmond have been great but it’s time to go!
